We often classify countries naming Developed, Developing, Underdeveloped, etc based on their Human Development Indexes. But I usually think that they should be classified into four categories as countries having:
- More Money and Government wants to work for people.
- More Money and Government do not want to work for people.
- Less Money and Government wants to work for people.
- Less Money and Government do not want to work for people.
Uganda, considered as one of the least developed countries is in the same situation where they have less money and the Government making no efforts to uplift the standards or work of living. Often stated as the "Drinking capital of Africa".
Waragi is an Alcoholic drink made by the locals using bananas. The consumption of which is increasing day by day, starting from children to old peoples. The problem here is these drinks often lead to blindness and other various diseases. The whole population of the village and almost everyone in the cities is involved in these drinking activities. The major reason being, there are no jobs or employment for any people in this country. Their day starts with alcohol, eating nothing the whole day, and then hunting an animal to feed themselves, and ending the day with the alcohol.
The government also does not care about people and their future growth. Maybe it's time to make people understand the difference between good and bad. But the Question stands, How? Also, do comment down, among 4 in which category does your country belong to.
